Always a wonderful experience with Morne. He explains everything you need to know and gives you all the options. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic like Morne.
I have been coming to Morné for years. I think the comments below explain the 2 types of reviews. If you have an older more analogue car and want to keep it on the road without feeling ripped off, Morné and team are great. If you have a newer or European car with electronics and sensors that need to be addressed, perhaps take it to a specialist.
I've never walked away from a mechanic feeling like I didn't get ripped off until my recent experience with Morne at Cetina Motors. I just needed one shock absorber replaced on my van (since the previous mechanic failed to recommend it's best to change both at the same time--would have saved me time and money) and Morne was quick yet thorough with his work.
