Tired bathroom and toilet completely refurbished by CET. Brilliantly project managed by Charlie and executed to a very high standard, with attention to detail, by him and all his team. Everything left clean and tidy before leaving each night and project fully completed to agreed timescale. Totally satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend CET
They act as agents for Royal Sun Alliance, taking a cut of course and disagreed with every aspect of our water leak claim. It was only because I kept on at them with insisting I would go to the ombudsman that they gave up, sent it back to RSA who finally agreed with our quite small claim. A nightmare. We got our insurance with Tesco who subcontracted to RSA who subcontracted the claim to CET. Who loses - the consumer that's who.
We had a complete bathroom refit done by CET. The whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, courteous and skilful. All we’re committed to the best quality workmanship. Charlie managed the project expertly, ensuring there were no delays. We could not be more pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending CET.
Awful communication never answers phone. Made several mistakes, not willing to rectify
Charlie and team replaced our en-suite bathroom. Providing a very thorough, high quality installation, clearly taking care and pride in their work. Minimising impact while the works were ongoing leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. We highly recommend and would not hesitate to use CET in the future.
