I have an 10 head (2x CMYK+W) Q5 500 that is a good flatbed at a good value - their support and responsiveness is the absolute worst. "Under warranty" for the first years was solid. They were glad to walk me through repairs (it saved them the cost of sending a tech out). Once I was no longer under warranty I was referred to a series of distributors who CET were unable to keep on board. Keith, I am sorry you have had issues with us in the past, I cannot answer for the incorrect info that was given to you in the past, that sales person is no longer with the company mainly due to the false information distributed to customers like yourself. In the 2 years that I have been involved with CET we have had a stable distributor network and a prize winning ink line.
