I was so impressed by the Red Dragon and Black Katt at C'est What bar in downtown Toronto that I immediately sought out the Pickering brewery to stock up for the holidays. I bought 36 cans, confident I had found the perfect gift. However, the beer from the brewery tastes completely unlike the amazing draft I sampled! I'm now incredibly frustrated to be stuck with three cases of beer that I genuinely don't enjoy
I purchased two Blak Katt stouts at my local LCBO. One of them had a nitro issue and I let the brewery know. The brewery went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Fantastic customer service! Thanks!
