I went in with my daughter and I and we had the best time. Veronica accommodated us with two of her best techs. Their names were Holly and Lana! Holly & Lana were amazing! All the techs were so kind! This place is terrible. Pedicure and manicure is terribly awful not to mention the price. Super expensive.

I came in with bare/clean nails and got a French tip gel manicure — exactly what I wanted! I was frustrated at first because my appointment started 20 minutes late and I had somewhere to be afterward. (At the 15 minute mark I voiced my concern and they said it would be another minute.) To my surprise, my technician was done in under 25 minutes! I don't typically write reviews but this experience has to be shared. I had a HORRIBLE experince with the receptionist. The day before my appointment, I had consulted with a different receptionist and was booked for a specific service we thoroughly discussed. However, during my appointment, I unknowingly received a service I had explicitly said I did not want.
