This picture is the result of a pedicure performed by Lana. A couple of months ago, I had a pedicure with Lana, and she was extremely rough. She aggressively cut down the sides of my toenails, removing far too much nail and cutting into the surrounding skin. Been coming here for 5 years and just had one of my worst experiences at a nail salon. The toe color was not what I selected and when I told the lady she insisted it was and covered it with another color she picked. Both my toes and fingers look like my 8 year old granddaughter did them. I would be embarrassed to do work like this and charge someone 98 dollars. Will never be back.

I’m not usually a picky person but went in for a gel pedicure and a fill with acrylic on my own nails at first receptionists were kind and helpful walked in didn’t get asked what type of service I wanted on my foot she kind of just went for it and trimmed cut my cuticle I didn’t mind it because I wanted that but it would have been nice to be asked first, while the pedicure I think maybe she was confused she kept asking me about acrylic on my toes and I told her no thanks she said do you want a hot towel and lotion , I giggle... read more

I’ve been to this salon twice and both times have been disappointing. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure, and by the second day the paint was already chipping. I decided to go back and the same thing happened except worse. By the 4th day, the entire nail paint came off two nails. very disappointing.
