Courtney was such a pleasure to work with. Our cutting cake for our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted it to look and taste. The sheet cakes for the guests were super tasty. There was a winter storm the day of our wedding, so we had a ton of leftover cake that we took to work the next day. Everyone from the wedding guest to our coworkers that sampled the cakes the next day had top reviews on the flavors of all the cakes. Thank you for helping make our wedding vision come together:)
Over all the business is amazing the cupcakes and cakes are delicious and beautiful if you're looking for a beautiful and delicious array of desserts for a wedding this place is the first I'd recommend.
My husband and I used C'est La Vie Cakes for our wedding this July. While Courtney was wonderful to work with, the cake she delivered ultimately looked nothing like the inspiration photos we had sent and was a huge disappointment to my husband and I. I don't know what happened. At no point were we told that the decorations would come out looking significantly different than the inspiration photos so that we could determine if we wanted to use a different style or switch bakeries. This bakery rocks. The owner is so sweet and welcoming. She has years of experience with making the cakes of people's dreams. Any cake you can imagine, she's already made...maybe even multiple times! I love the beauty of her work, but to me, the flavor/moisture of the dessert is the single most important thing. When I tried her cake, it was delicious.
