No guest parking.the extra grass field in the front can't be used for guest parking and old grumpy people leave there that ask the owners every time a guest is coming over who is that person and how long will it stay , the building manager gets free ride with no HOA fees , free screened door all from the association money , this is abuse in my opinion and a law suit ready to happen for Discrimination and harassment for who doesn't know the definition for ,,Discriminatory harassment'' -is verbal or physical conduct that denig... read more
