The absolute worst customer service you will ever receive. I had an extremely low quality pedicure done and so i called the salon and they offered for me to come back for a redo. I informed them that i would be going out of town so i wouldn’t be able to come back in they said that was fine just to call and schedule the redo appointment when i was available. when i got back into town i called to schedule it they revoked the offer and were not willing to give then service they promised. the manager then hung up in my face when... read more

Update - owner has reached out and I was given a complementary manicure. The nail tech was amazing and they did a wonderful job. I’m glad they reached out and were so kind as to redo my nails. This was the 3rd time I’ve been here and I’ve generally had good experiences. I recently came in and I had a male nail tech who was very aggressive during my pedicure and manicure. He used a grater for my feet and used it on my arches too which are soft and callous free so that was very painful and unnecessary. I also asked for the wat... read more

I used to like this place, until my most recent appointment. First of all, I was overcharged for services I did not receive. I was charged for a different nail shape and nail length. My nail shape never changed, nor did I ask for my nails to be cut down. I got a hard gel french manicure and within 24 hours my nails started chipping and one of the hard gel on my nails even popped off. On top of being overcharged, I’m even more annoyed that my nails are chipped and it hasn’t even been one full week.
