I had my car serviced here for the first time a month ago. The front wheel guard was damaged by their car wash & I was told a new wheel guard would be ordered & replaced- cool. I was given an eta of a week for it to come in. Heard nothing, so I tried to call a couple of weeks later- I was outside of service hours- cool. Tried again within hours & couldn’t get through at all after multiple attempts throughout the day. So thought I’d email instead. Emailed. NB. The turnaround time to reply back is stated as 24 hours.
