I had my car serviced here for the first time a month ago. The front wheel guard was damaged by their car wash & I was told a new wheel guard would be ordered & replaced- cool. I was given an eta of a week for it to come in. Heard nothing, so I tried to call a couple of weeks later- I was outside of service hours- cool. Tried again within hours & couldn’t get through at all after multiple attempts throughout the day. So thought I’d email instead. Emailed. NB. The turnaround time to reply back is stated as 24 hours. I recently needed my Hilux serviced and shopped around in to see if I could improve my wait time. These guys were able to book me in the next week. When I went to pick it up it was ready to go complete with a wash and smelling great inside. That new car smell. The other places give you a voucher. Great, now I need to go somewhere else to get it washed. Thank you for going the extra mile.
