I’ve been coming to this nail salon for over a year and have always had great experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. It seems there has been a change in staff, and the service I received this time was not up to the usual standard. I recently visited for a pedicure and manicure, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The gentleman who worked on my pedicure was lovely, but the overall result was poor. Several nails are uneven, some are pointing upward and others are the wrong shape. The acrylic is applied very thick and my nails were burning during the process. I will not be coming back here I was getting a pedicure and was cutting my cuticles and my toes STARTED BLEEDING she was hurting me the whole time I was in there absolutely not coming back to yas!!!
I am so amazed with the professional approach and dedication to their clients. Every experience I have had has been 100 percent satisfied and happy!! Recommend to everyone 🌻
All the nail techs are so kind and respectful, the male nail tech did my nails and he did so well ☺️
