Absolutely appalling service. We purchased a car through them a few years ago it’s since developed a problem with the transmission and needing a sensor replaced. I called the service department 4 separate times. First time being told they would call back that day to see if they could do it two days went past I called again was told they would call back within the hour to give me an answer about booking it in. Not a Fan of sitting in the dealership lounge waiting area, whilst your car gets driven up the road, some 300-400mt out of sight to the service dept. The waiting room should be up where your vehicle goes at least you can see where it goes and who's driving it, and if there is an issue, you are there to discuss it, We'll be taking our new Vehicle somewhere else for services as we unfortunately have no faith whatsoever in the so called Techo's who perform the work to return year after year for 10 years.

The most incompetent service department in Australia. Had my vehicle for 7 weeks for a vibration issue under warranty, changed all the wrong parts, the cheapest possible ones, admitted the issue was still there on recorded dash camera footage and returned the car anyways saying a serious vibration in the steering wheel is a normal characteristic of the vehicle.
