Waited hours after our appointment and ended up having to come home. Second time this has happened.
Grateful for this service. Have needed to go there three times this year and each time was an excellent experience given the circumstances.
Had to go in a few weeks ago on a Sunday as my condition had deteriorated over the weekend. Trouble breathing, constant migranes, swollen throat inside and out and severe pain trying to breath and swallow. Triage nurse assumes it was the flu, considering i had no symptoms like running nose or cough, practically yelled at me that urgent care is for serious things only, because not being able to breathe without pain isn't serious. Told me the dr probably wouldn't see me because I'm not ill enough, and constantly put other ppl ... read more
Rude and completely unhelpfull refused to see a 5 month old. Absoulute thing in triage . Snaped sly remarks and belittled a 3 year old boy for being happy and joyfull. . Would not recomemend
I'd rate lower if I could.. sliced my finger open pretty bad.. bleeding heavy.. go to urgent care at 9:30 and get told to come back at around 12!!! Apparently people with a runny nose are more urgent than someone requiring medical attention for a cut and blood loss.
