Rude and completely unhelpfull refused to see a 5 month old. Absoulute thing in triage . Snaped sly remarks and belittled a 3 year old boy for being happy and joyfull. . Would not recomemend
I'd rate lower if I could.. sliced my finger open pretty bad.. bleeding heavy.. go to urgent care at 9:30 and get told to come back at around 12!!! Apparently people with a runny nose are more urgent than someone requiring medical attention for a cut and blood loss.
Excellent care and assessment with Dr Ettiene. Very efficient and kind. Nursing staff also lovely, and very helpful.
Absolute disgrace this place. Make your booking and see the triage nurses real quick then wait hours to get into the doctor… Nothing urgent about the joint. The reception staff are nothing short of rude and lacking people skills, Not a friendly atmosphere at all Reading the responses from the place on here also, Safe to say they clearly don’t care either. It’s a copy and paste word for word fob off.
Clean and tidy medical centre. Bookings are not necessary.
