Having sustained an incident in a local supermarket I presented to the clinic in pain the Dr who saw me I felt didn’t believe me and appeared to have no interest, told me nothing wrong having now had scans and found out that I have injured myself makes my visit there even worse to be treated like there is nothing wrong when I knew from the pain something wasn’t right I’d certainly think twice before presenting at the clinic again
Dr Joseph tiong is very rude and didn't even check me or help he just keeped saying what the tablets were and couldn't even look at me or tell me what sickness I have very disappointed I wanted to know what was wrong with my back and he couldn't even answer very Ignorant
I (female) went in there today with myself being sick and my little girl being as sick as a dog. They checked her throat and our blood pressures. Gave her a panadol and then had us wait 45 minutes at the second stage to be told nothing except take a test later and treat it sytematically How di you treat somehting systematically if you dont know what you have. I'd also previously complained to the nurse (stage 1) about a severe gut pain on my lower right side and I didn't even get that checked. Not happy. We came home and tes... read more
