I drove into Cessnock Kia to meet a very enthusiastic and approachable gentleman by the name of Declan. He was genuine, and his nature was is in stark contrast to other salesmen. Booked my car in for a scheduled service and was led to believe that because I was waiting that it would be about an hr. I had actually asked for a courtesy car and the lady said that wouldn’t be necessary. I was given a time of 1:00pm. I arrived at that service centre to discover that the boys go on a lunch break from 1-1:30.. why not just ask me to bring my car at 1:30? I had my Kia Carnival booked in for a service in the morning, I had to go home before the job was started, I returned super late at 3:30pm and they still took the job back on and had it completed by 5:00pm. Being a mechanic of 15+ years I checked over their work when I got home and everything was carried out properly. Big thanks to the two service advisor lady’s and the service manager for the top notch service.
