Wasn't impressed
Service and support unlike any other dealer I’d been to. Nothing was a problem, sales through to service there wasn’t ever a query that couldn’t be answered honestly. Complete transparency the entire way through and great communicators. At no point was there misleading information or sales BS that lead to a broken promise. They literally tries to loot the money… I asked them to give a quote for replacing the spark plug. The asked me how do u know that spark plug has the issue… I told one of the mechanic told me to replace it…. She said they want to diagnose the car which can cost 195$ but the part replacement I asked for would cost 350$ which i got quoted from kia cardiff…. I am literally shocked…. With these prices…. Kia is making money not by selling cars just the repairs only they are gonna take lot of money….
After waiting a week to get a quote to fix an issue (replacing the steering shaft seal )that Cessnock Kia identified while doing a rego check. I decided to go else where to have the issue fixed only to find out there was nothing wrong with the steering shaft seal and it was actually the Axle seal that needed to be replaced. I think they have an issue if their mechanics cant actually diagnose the correct issue. Just wondering what they actually would have fixed if I had of gone back there.
The service team are rather useless and uninterested. Not worth servicing your car at Kia Cessnock. Other Kia service teams have been a lot better to deal with. Think it all went down hill when Toyota separated...
