Booked my car in for a pink slip inspection. During the inspection they told my girlfriend the car needed new wiper blades, even though I had replaced them only six months ago and they were still in good condition. When she tried to explain this, they wouldn’t listen and kept insisting they needed replacing. The customer service was poor, wouldn’t recommend or go back.
My wife and I were returning to Sydney from the Hunter Valley, When we experienced car problems with our Tuscon the staff quickly identified the issues. They were attentive and professional and we were quickly on our way. Thankyou guys for your great service.
The non customer service is one of the worst i have come across. The ladies at there service desk are terrible. Would never go back back again and wouldn't buy a new car from them .
