Hopeless service can never get in there waiting time is always over a month and then they never can fix or tell me what the problem is. The problem is I took it them to start with Do not take your car here they are useless not to mention the girls on the phone are rude and unhelpful. They don’t even deserve 1 star

I purchased my new Hyundai Kona Hybrid from Cessnock Hyundai. I would like to thank Tony and John for their great sales professionalism. We dealt primarily with Tony and he made our decision to buy extremely easy. We had to wait three months for delivery and Tony kept us well informed about approximately delivery dates. I have had numerous dealings with many vehicle salesmen over the years and I would say without a doubt that Tony would be the “best of the bunch.” And as for the new Kona, spot on. It’s a great little car.
I contacted alot of dealers to buy a i30 sedan ... Price was so great I upgraded to a Premium sedan ... This is my 3 new car and both gentleman in the sales team were brilliant. Even called me a week later to check in to see if I was still happy. I travelled from Port Macquarie as the local dealers were unable to match any where in price. Love Cessnock Hyundai
