After having my car booked for a service and fuel filter replacement even upon ringing the office a second time to confirm that I need the fuel filter done and told they have them in stock. Upon picking up the car was informed the couldn’t do fuel filter as they didn’t have it in stock after having weeks to organise it. Very rude and unprofessional service desk.

Helpful on the phone, but due to staff shortages, couldn't book in for a service for about 6 weeks - so not their fault. But they were making an effort.
Scott at Cessnock Ford Service was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was attentive, booked in my car, checked all required elements of the service and kept me informed throughout the whole day. They even topped up the windscreen washing soap which other Ford services have missed on multiple occasions. Really appreciate this kind of service and I’ll be coming back for future maintenance moving forward. Thanks Scott!
