The Warranty customer service we had from Trish and Brendon was appalling. Firstly, we visited the yard we purchased the car from 8 months earlier who informed us CESSNOCK FORD did the warranty care and the helpful chap emailed TRISH and BRENDON about the issues and we told either one would call us soon. 6 hours went past so I thought I would call them as they might be busy. The service team at Cessnock Ford are fantastic. There is always a warm welcome by the lovely Trish on Reception, and each staff member that walks by while you're waiting are friendly and make you feel part of the family. My Everest's servicing visits are always efficient, professionally completed and nothing is ever too much to ask. Highly recommend the team at Cessnock Ford!
10/10 !! Such an amazing team! Can’t beat their service, have always been very welcoming and everyone looks after you so well (shout out to the receptionist, I believe her name is Trish, she is so so lovely!). They take their time to explain things to you and help any way they can, very accommodating. Have been coming here for years now and will never go anywhere else! I couldn’t recommended them enough! Very disappointed and angry. My ranger was serviced recently only to find out the next morning they did not tighten up the sump plug. I found out after I had driven to work. Upon calling them they asked if I could drive it to them or call road side assistance. After some brief discussion they agreed to pick my car up. I pick it up that afternoon.
