Wasted a lot of time with these guys on a sales query. Dealer just went AWOL and never got back to me. I have contacted a number of other dealers, and had a similar experience with multiple Ford dealers. Instead of being up front and saying they aren’t aren’t able to beat a price - they vanish and don’t reply. Pretty frustrating. Clearly want an easy sale and not willing to work for it. EDIT - they are quick to respond to a negative review though. 🤣🤣
Friendly staff, efficient booking and pick-up. Attention to detail during the service, picking up things I didn't notice myself.
Dropped back in today after speaking with ethan last week. Wanting to purchase a brand new Ford Everest to end up walking out and purchasing at another ford dealership due to not one sales man coming out to greet us, than we walked in to speak with someone as ethan wasn't in and the young fella had to keep going back and forth to his boss Scotty. The Warranty customer service we had from Trish and Brendon was appalling. Firstly, we visited the yard we purchased the car from 8 months earlier who informed us CESSNOCK FORD did the warranty care and the helpful chap emailed TRISH and BRENDON about the issues and we told either one would call us soon. 6 hours went past so I thought I would call them as they might be busy.
