Very disappointed and angry. My ranger was serviced recently only to find out the next morning they did not tighten up the sump plug. I found out after I had driven to work. Upon calling them they asked if I could drive it to them or call road side assistance. After some brief discussion they agreed to pick my car up. I pick it up that afternoon.
