Wasted a lot of time with these guys on a sales query. Dealer just went AWOL and never got back to me. I have contacted a number of other dealers, and had a similar experience with multiple Ford dealers. Instead of being up front and saying they aren’t aren’t able to beat a price - they vanish and don’t reply. Pretty frustrating. Clearly want an easy sale and not willing to work for it. EDIT - they are quick to respond to a negative review though. 🤣🤣

Dropped back in today after speaking with ethan last week. Wanting to purchase a brand new Ford Everest to end up walking out and purchasing at another ford dealership due to not one sales man coming out to greet us, than we walked in to speak with someone as ethan wasn't in and the young fella had to keep going back and forth to his boss Scotty.
