After some research and speaking to people, i think this business has exchanged hands in the last few years, previously running on another rep. My experience with this place was very stressfull, costly and inconsistently complete. I will keep the summary short, but these are the facts of my experience. Rang up with an obscure request after failed attempts through other sources, the parts staff member was very knowledgeable, direct, and after a ten minute discussion, had the item identified and problem solved. Great to deal with and won’t hesitate to deal with in future if needed.
My 80 series Landcruiser had a fuel problem. No one seemed to have a clue. All 4 x 4 at Kotara recommended Cessnock Diesel. I took it to Jake. 5 days later it runs like a dream. Thank you Jake you did a grand job. I'd recommend you to anyone. I'm delighted
