We recently travelled down and picked up our new Patrol from Cessnock Nissan and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Recently purchased my Series 5 Patrol both Declan and John were excellent as l was overseas at the time and l was constantly kept in the loop with it's progress and arrival now nearing time for it's first check up already booked in excellent service highly recommended
Contact the Nissan services and was lucky enough to talk with Jason, in regards to a Nissan navara Ute auto transmission replacement. He basically said if a vehicle has been to another mechanic for repair or servicing he would never have one of he’s mechanic look at it. That said I was ask to get another mechanic to replace the vehicle transmission, was very upset with the level of assistance from a dealership that specialised in Nissan would turn down there Owen brand vehicle.
Popped in to look at a car and ended up buying it that day. Declan made the experience smooth and stress free. Great communication regarding the pick-up date. He was very patient when he showed me how to use all the buttons and connect my phone. Would definitely recommend this business if you are interested in getting a car, it was a fantastic experience
