Total clown show . They are judge jury and executioner . They are not mechanics they are parts changers . Up front we wanted all parts replaced in a box .we got virtually nothing . Their opinion means you have no choice . Condemning parts without proper inspection criteria to back it up . Glad its over ! 300k inspection on a citation 10 . Wont be back and would not recommend it . Had two phase 5 insp and double eng change for them if ours turned out well . Sent theme elsewhere and advise you do the same .
