I've been getting haircuts and trims from Cesne for over a decade and never had a cut I wasn't happy with. She's only open one day a week (Saturday), due to having some side gigs, but that's not a problem for me. You can leave a message earlier in the week asking for an appointment and she'll get back to you in the evening to arrange a time.
I just called to make an appointment for a haircut, as I just moved to the area and it was only a few houses from my new place. After asking when I could make an appointment I was told only Saturdays would work. After asking how much an appointment was, I was hung up on. It was the most rudest phone calls I have ever had in my life.
