I recently worked with Cesar;s to replace a PTAC unit in my apartment. Cesar's had to replace the original unit it sold me because the original unit is defective. In addition Cesar's is only licensed to sell Ice Air brand PTAC units. In my experience this Ice Air products are very loud and do not have variable temperature settings. In the end I had to work with a different company to install an Islandaire PTAC unit. I gave Cesar's the chance to sell me an Islandaire unit, but they could not make it happen.
