Called the company trying to acquire a new battery module. Received absolutely no help whatsoever and was shuffled around from the receptionist to some engineer who I was never able to get in touch with. I even asked for a local distributor and was given no information other than “go to Amazon”. Terrible customer service.
I ordered a spark module from this company for a 30 year old "brown" gas stove. This was after ordering the parts from brown itself. The factory could not help me with a wiring diagram. Cesar Scott sent me a diagram without asking for one and it is the identical part I ordered from the factory at HALF the price. I will do business with them again whenever possible!
