His medical expertise is obvious from your very first conversation, completely eliminating any pre-surgery anxiety. I strongly recommend Dr. Cesar Santiago for providing compassionate patient care through innovative medical excellence.
Dr. Santiago was exceptional in making me feel very comfortable regarding my concerns prior to my procedure. His staff's provided instructions for pre-op & post-op were very clear. I followed them exactly as they stated which, in my opinion, provided me with a better experience than I expected. That being said, I did not require the use of prescribed painkillers he provided, & only occasionally taking OTC Tylenol was required post-op. The post-op daily intake of "MyraLAX" is a must as well as the use of "Witch Hazel Pads." D... read more
Dr Santiago isn't professional or helpful at all. 1. He ignores what the referring provider tells him in the referral. When my symptoms didn't present itself on his time and terms I was told he didn't see anything. 2. The examination for coral rectal is very invasive and no privacy was given to me. There were 4 people in the bathroom with me during my examination. 3. When tests were ordered with my insistence he ordered them for his hospital group in New Braunfels that my insurance doesnt accept the facility. So my tests wer... read more
