I’ve been calling for the past two days and left several voicemails with no response. I even went in person, but they told me they couldn’t schedule an appointment there and that I had to call. I explained that I had already been calling without any callback, and they simply said to keep trying because they might be busy. Unfortunately, this has been very frustrating, and I’ve never had this issue before when trying to schedule an appointment. I will not be returning to this clinic.
Living with a condition like Crohn’s can be challenging, but Dr. Cesar Garcia has made a huge difference in my life. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and always take the time to truly listen and address my concerns. I feel genuinely cared for and confident in my treatment plan.
