I went in fully natural and have washed my hair multiple times since getting serviced and my hair texture won’t revert! I knew something was wrong when my hair came out smelling so burnt. I didn’t get even get the style that I wanted (roller set/curls) which would have saved me the trouble from all the heat they put on my hair…
