CES Tech scammed me into paying for a return vent upgrade that did absolutely nothing to fix my problem. I originally contacted CES Tech through my Choice Home Warranty because my utility bills were unusually high in both summer and winter. Cesar repaired my rental property’s AC for a leak two weeks ago. When it suddenly stopped working today, he squeezed us into his busy schedule immediately since there was a senior in the house. He quickly found a burned-out fuse and replaced it. Incredible customer service!
