After all the running around and nonsense with another HVAC company, I was honestly getting frustrated. Then I called this company—and what a difference! They came out within 2 hours of my call, immediately diagnosed the actual problem, and replaced the motor in about 30 minutes. That’s it. Problem solved! CES Tech scammed me into paying for a return vent upgrade that did absolutely nothing to fix my problem. I originally contacted CES Tech through my Choice Home Warranty because my utility bills were unusually high in both summer and winter. After inspecting my HVAC system, they told me my home’s return air capacity was insufficient and strongly recommended adding an additional return vent. Cesar repaired my rental property’s AC for a leak two weeks ago. When it suddenly stopped working today, he squeezed us into his busy schedule immediately since there was a senior in the house. He quickly found a burned-out fuse and replaced it. Incredible customer service!
