Unprofessional, dishonest and unreliable- terrible excuse for a service provider much less one contractor by a home warranty company. Cancelled twice, failed to meet their own timeline and created damages with their delay which of course they denied
CES Tech was assigned by AHS home warranty service. They took more than one month with multiple visits by multiple technicians to fix the issue. They are not technically competenet especially with latest modern heat pump systems. To make matters worse, they broke my attic door, which they refused to repair.
CES was assigned to fix our gas furnace through our home warranty company. It took them a few days to call us for an appointment and another few days before a tech was available to check out our system. The tech was polite and quickly came up with the diagnosis for the issue so he told us he had to order a part that would take about 3-5 days. We were assigned them through American home shield and the tech was prompt on the first visit, diagnosed the problem and said he would come back on a weekend since my wife and I both work multiple jobs during the week, he no called no show the first scheduled Saturday wasting our day off and rescheduled for today between 7am and 11am it's now 10am and still no word from them , what horrible customer service!
