I worked for this company a while back and truthfully it’s not worth it the pay is low and some sites you’re standing in one spot all day with no relief not even to go to the bathroom management don’t know how to communicate at all I never was able to get my clearance card because I ended up quitting they also overbook on the schedule and have too many guards show up it’s like first come first serve and they send the rest home which is a waste of time this job is for someone who still living home with their parents and not p... read more

One of the most unprofessional companies I work for by far, The chief or owner is very very disrespectful and rude and they play with your money at this company. I had a very bad experience I quit.

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend Ces Security to anyone unless you have a full time job and you’re looking to make extra cash . Ces is mostly part time and event security. Very few full time positions. Just like someone else said, you have to suck up to Ms. Krissy and Ms . Tammy to get a post and some hours. Some guards including myself went over a week without work.
