Edited: After a lengthy conversation with Nancy Zdravko, Director of Marketing we were able to achieve an agreement and the bill was cut in half. These clowns seems to be preferred plumbers for our condo. They are an absolute rip off, charged $435 for 7 minutes (that would be $3,685.1/per hour, even high flying corporate lawyers don't charge that much!) plumber only used a plumbing wire ($23 for a set), initially told us that it was an issue with condo's internal piping but lied on the report blaming copious amounts of toilet paper,, he took out none of it out of the toilet, as well tenant's "long poop". Work was done but they overcharged me and I was not happy with the service. But as I was not satisfied , they refunded me the amount also as a courtesy they removed one other fee. So overall good and prompt customer service.

Work was done but they overcharged me I believe. Condo concierge suggested their name as they do the plumbing work for the building. They said $294+ tax just for inspection for 2 hours. This is funny that plumber came and said he can’t see anything behind washing machine. It is a condo unit and I don’t know how he came without an appliance mover tool where most of the unit will have stacked washer dryer .
