Parco Ho was my Physiotherapist for this session. He is super helpful with his treatment and he gives good advice as well as exercise/stretching tips to avoid future injuries. All the front desk staff support the whole system. So appointments, insurance claims. Out of pocket payments & receipts are seamless. 2 Thumbs up.
I have been receiving Chiropractic treatment from Dr. Charles Yip for almost a year now, and have had a very positive experience with him, as well as the staff at the clinic. Tracey (receptionist at the front desk) always greeted me politely and I found interacting with her and the other reception staff very pleasant. The clinic is well kept and clean as well.
