The people on the phone were very nice, but our residential land survey took nearly 3x the original timeframe of 30 days. 87 days later we got our survey. There was no communication from CES except for when we called them. At 67 days, we called and was told it would be done in 4-7 days, and after 19 days still hadn't heard anything. At day 86, I called to check and they said they would get back to me. The next day I sent an email after not hearing back, and within 45 minutes had an invoice with the 87th days date.
