Super bummed. Scheduled an appointment for AC repair on my Kona Ice vehicle and they No called, No showed and didn't respond to voicemails. I'm desparate to get the freezers fixed so I can be up and running. It's funny though, I spoke w the Mgr Tom about people not doing what they said they were going to do when I booked the appointment. They can now join that list of people.
My restaurant’s walk-in freezer went down right before Memorial Day weekend, and CES had us up and running promptly. The technician did an excellent job getting my walk-in freezer repaired in time for the holiday weekend, and I highly recommend this company.
