We've been with CES for about 5 years now. We do have a maintenance agreement with them. Benjamin always responds to my texts or calls which I am thankful for. We've had multiple issues with our oven, always at a time when we have an event scheduled, and Benjamin has gone out of his way to come when requested. I took off one star because the company is small and they don't answer their phones, so you have to text or email to schedule your own maintenance.
CES Commercial Equipment Services did an awesome job installing a new HVAC unit into my restaurant in Rehobeth. The technician was very polite and courteous from the moment he walked in the door. I’m the Facility manager at a very large church and preschool in Rehoboth Beach De . I’ve been using CES services for about two years , and they have saved us at least $20,000.00 in repairs or replacement costs during this period. When I contacted other services in the area their only option was to replace and not rebuild. They have done hvac , refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical, and I only need to text their service team once ! They responded ASAP ! I wish I could put 0 stars. I also wish I would have done a bit more research before contacting them. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They don’t answer their phone nor do they show up. After paying for a contract with them. It’s a total scam and I hope no one else falls for it. Karma will catch up to them though at some point.
