I wish I could put 0 stars. I also wish I would have done a bit more research before contacting them. The worst company I have ever dealt with. They don’t answer their phone nor do they show up. After paying for a contract with them. It’s a total scam and I hope no one else falls for it. Karma will catch up to them though at some point.

Worst service ever, signed a contract and needed equipment service, no return phone calls or text. Biggest waste of $3000 in my 15 years of business. Total scam operation and should be shut down, with no physical locations just PO Boxes in Rehoboth and OC sound shady..... stay way

Ben from CES Commercial Equipment Services is amazing! Our heater went out and we thought it was just the pilot light! We asked Ben to pop over & take a look when he had a free minute. He dropped what he was doing and came over to diagnose that our problem was a little bit more than the pilot light being out. Ben immediately got on the phone and ordered the part and then installed it without hesitation. He wouldn't even charge us. Horrible service. No return phone calls. Purchased a service contract and can't even get them out to fix the brand new equipment they installed. Totally regret calling them in the first place.
