A real live "Ice Machine Aficionado". My Manitowoc ice machine needed a new evaporator, after getting 3 quotes I chose to go w/ CES and Im glad I did. The tech Justin didn't just replace the evaporator and leave. He stayed and taught my staff how to clean & maintain the ice machine properly. He taught us about the ice, how it was made, and different ice types. I called him the "Ice Machine Aficionado" Thank you!
