Lost my chain and didn’t want to give me another one. I’m sure it went down the drain but they kept saying their worker who clocked out misplaced it, made her come back and still couldn’t find it. I would DEFINITELY give this store 0 stars! My fiancé bought my engagement ring from this store and 2 weeks of wearing it a rhinestone fell off. He took it back, they charged him $20 to fix it, and we had to wait 2 days for the ring. After two days we picked it up and not even a week went by when ANOTHER rhinestone fell off. I put the ring in its box and waited until I got out of work to take it back to the store. Once I got to the store I noticed that it was missing ANOTHER rhinestone. Being in its box it fell!
