Jose did a great job and was very professional and friendly
The installer seems pleasant, but damaged our floor upon installation. He told me about it and took a picture, then said he would report it. I thank him. When Cervantes manager called me, she said the installer said we did the damage. What a liar!!! I was very upset about the whole ordeal. And to boot the dishwasher quit working less than a week later. I rate this company with zero stars.
The crew that delivered and installed our dishwasher were awesome! They didn't say much but were quick and courteous about their work and it only took them about 15-20 minutes to do the job. They would get 5 stars if it wasn't for their office staff/scheduling services who ghosted us and didn't communicate about anything in the process. We ordered a dishwasher through Costco and Cervantes is the subcontractor they used for delivery and installation. We were told by Costco that it would be delivered and installed on 11/5. Horrible! The manager is so full of herself and can't tell the truth about anything! The owner doesn't want to help at all! They caused major damage and half way tried to fix it without making us aware of any issues. They do return calls and falsified documents! No wonder they have so many negative reviews and only a 2 star rating! This company is worthless and should be ashamed of themselves!!!
Stay away. They don't tell the truth and don't follow up with what they say they will. I was forced to use them from buying a dishwasher from Costco. Instead of being honest they tell me one thing then tell Costco another. Then try and tell Costco I'm lying when I have cameras and audio recording of what they said... Just stay away. They only care about money and not the customer
