Very awful experience. They came out on a Saturday to look at the area they would be completing. We were told they would be able to patch our flooring but it may not match but he would get it as close as he could to the original color. He said we would not need the whole first floor of flooring replaced that he could do the job. We were told it would be a 3 day job starting Monday may 11th at 8:30 am.
