Cerus Fitness is an amazing gym! Chris, the owner, is super personal and knows everyone by name, which makes it feel like a real community. Rich, the main trainer, is awesome, always engaged, encouraging, and genuinely nice. Every class is fun, challenging, and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend it more!
Cerus Fitness has completely changed my fitness journey for the better! Cerus Fitness is the BEST OCR gym out there! (And they offer soooooooo much more than that! I love their Boxing and HIIT classes) What sets this place apart is Cerus' culture that the owners, Chris and Rich have built. Great gym and great people!
Cerus Fitness was truly something life changing for me and my gym journey! I was so nervous to try out a gym as I have never been in one before. The staff and community welcomed me with open arms and I have since lost 20 lbs and learned form on basic and some advanced lifts coming from no previous knowledge. Cerus is very close with there members and I know every time I walk in I will be recognized and have someone to talk too. This place is like no other
