Cerus has been a great addition to my journey of fitness as well as my own growth. The trainers and staff are great and there is always such a great vibe. No matter how tired or frustrated I maybe walking in, I always seem to leave with a smile! I have worked primarily under Rich and he has been helping me with many of my weak areas as well as being a great motivator! I couldn’t have asked for a better gym environment!
I've only been training here for 2 weeks, I’m already seriously impressed! The environment is super friendly and supportive, everyone from the coaches to the members makes you feel welcome from day one. My favorite class so far is the Cerus LFT class. It is challenging, fun, and well-structured. The coaches do a great job of pushing you while also making sure you're moving safely and confidently. Found this gem of a gym last November and never looked back! All the trainers are so encouraging and supportive. The classes are super, and the community is everything. If you’re on the fence, come take a class with Rich or Chris or Ashley or Steve or any trainer, and I promise you’ll have no regrets!
