Fun group workouts! I always leave feeling motivated and inspired, and stronger, of course! Workouts are easily adaptable for different levels and needs, and coaches are friendly, helpful and approachable!
Great community of people never let you give up fun, good vibes and a great place to make friends work outs are awesome I recommend anyone trying to get healthy or a little gym time to come out give them a try well worth it
I have truly enjoyed my workouts at CERUS. The trainers are so encouraging and motivating they push you to the be the best that you can be. I highly recommend this gym.
Solid group of monsters who take their fitness very serious! The workouts can be tailored to meet anyone’s needs (I have an Achilles issue at the moment) the programming is intentional and the coaches are on point. I wish I joined sooner and will definitely be a longtime member! Glad to be a part of this very friendly community!
I've been at Cerus Fitness for about 3.5 years and love it. The "Strong" classes are fun, and I've been able to make gains. I also enjoy taking a HIIT class when able where I can really get a sweat on. Rich Leeper is a great coach and is very encouraging. It's nice to get up early and get my gym workout done leaving me with the rest of the day to do other things.
