WOW. Shopping here was such a fantastic experience. Cerulean carries such a beautiful variety of clothing, all upscale and high quality, but for a reasonable price. I came in on a freezing cold day and Jill and Kelsey were an absolute treat. I was able to find some new items for work, for casual outfits, and for going out, and they styled me to the 9's.
