Pretty solid place. I lived here for around ~3 years, starting from 2022, a few months after the building opened. A few positives: - the lobby is very nice and welcoming. TVs abound, the mail room is well maintained enough, direct line of sight to the pool and outdoor area, front desk fairly well staffed. - the surrounding area is great and quiet. very easy access to I95, FAU if you are a student or a parent of them, the area behind the apartment with a small park and good running paths, etc. - The gym has fairly nice equip... read more
4th edit: @Ceru - please show what steps you’re taking. Actions speak louder than words. SECURITY IS A JOKE here. Storage rooms goods stolen because of broken doors that haven’t been checked in years most likely. Nice place to live overall.
Absolute daylight robbery. Management charged me nearly $2,000 at move-out, for what’s supposed to be a normal wear and tear, including an outrageous amount for a small TV-mount hole. We have rented in other communities before and have never seen anything like this. It felt as if they simply invented charges once we had already moved out. The soundproofing is awful, you hear neighbors flushing toilets, sneezing, and everyday noise as if it were happening inside your own apartment.
