I’ve dropped in to a few dozen gyms over the years, and this is one of my favorites. Everyone was welcoming and worked hard, plenty of space and equipment, gym itself was laid out well and surprisingly clean for a CrossFit gym. Alondra coached both classes I did and offered a thoughtful warm up and workout intro and gave appropriate individual movement feedback (despite it being a fairly large class). Will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
Certus is awesome. Always drop in when I am in town and their programming is excellent and they also make any drop-ins feel very welcome immediately. Great team and great people!
Best place to challenge yourself, literally no matter what fitness level you start at. You will be proud and surprised at what you can do with such supportive coaches and a wonderful community
