I had high hopes here but unfortunately wasn’t a good experience for us. I have two family members with dementia but I would never return to any of the Certus locations. I definitely feel like they took advantage of my 88 year old Father that had to put my Mom in memory care. To say this experience is a disappointment is an understatement. My dad ended up paying over $8,000 for a week or so of poor care. They refused to refund him. The upper management is disgraceful. We would find my mom in bed soiled during the day. This is a by far the top of the line Memory Care home . It’s difficult to find the words of praise that match these professionals. They are thee most kind caring people. It’s like they were hand picked for each individual who is fortunate enough to reside here, It’s a lovely home like setting, wonderful karma. I can go through my day knowing my loved one is happy
I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who sometimes accompanies my musician husband- Andy Costantini- when he performs for many different locations such as memory care, assisted living and independent living. On Christmas Eve (afternoon) I felt amazed and delighted at the beautiful decorations and structure of this facility!
