Claudia was amazing! She was very kind and patient, telling me step by step on what’s going to happen. I messed up a couple times with how I filled out my paperwork, but she was very thorough catching my mistakes and didn’t make me feel bad about it haha! I would love to see customer service like hers more often! :)
