I'm not sure what all the one-star reviews are about. My experience was great! The gentleman was nice and efficient and open on Saturday and seems like a great place to get live scan and fingerprinting done.
I am surprised that people had not so good experience here. I had always had the best service. I am a preschool director and have sent over ten people to this location for live scan services. This place was an easy location to get Livescan fingerprints done and a friendly staff. However, it was very pricey compared to other places. I needed fingerprints done for the California State Board of Nursing and they charged me $92!!! I would not pick this location to get your fingerprints done & would look for a cheaper place!
She is a very rude lady, she responds reluctantly and she took my fingerprints there and my employer did not receive them and she does not help you at all to solve your problem
