Called in, the guy that answered was VERY rude-- took my business elsewhere. If they treat potential new clients like that I can only imagine how their customer service is- No thank you!
I went to the store to get my FBI background check. I had the check done before, but I needed an updated version. I told them federal and they have me a form that said it was for the FBI office in California. Wrong, ai received the state background. What a waste of time and money. I called to let them know I was given the wrong form (I mentioned it while she was fingerprinting) and the owner was rude.
Drove over an hour because Going Postal in Fallbrook wanted addl personal documents to accompany a livescan application. I walked in 15min til closing & Sam got my fingerprints taken care of in less than that time! Hes super knowledgeable and intelligent. Appreciate your customer service

Went here to get my fingerprints and Livescan done for a new job. I was stressed about having to drive to this location because it was out of town. However, bald guy with a lot of rings was kind. He got me in and out very quickly. Overall, fast and easy experience 👍
