Absolutely amazing staff. Firm but fair and included In decision making when appropriate. Food was yummy., no judgments. Made me work damn hard to get clean and sober!!! Just what I needed. Made friends there too and worked as part of a team! Staff there 24/7 I will never return but, I felt at home there and I live 4 hours away! Having ex addicts help addicts is a perfect idea as the staff understood.
I had a big star burst crack directly in my driver side, and it made it hard to see correctly. Certified Windshield came to my place of business and replaced it quickly. The call to my insurance only took a few minutes and that is all I had to do. The tech that replaced it was very nice, and even cleaned out the leaves I had under the hood.
about 2 weeks ago a tiny rock hit my windshield and cracked my windshield the staff at certified took care of my problem in no time, they came to my house and fixed the crack, thank you guys!!!!
I had cracked the windshield in my Hyundai and saw a commercial and decided to call. I was so pleased with the service I received from this company. The installers came to my work in downtown Tampa and replaced my windshield on the spot. It didn't take very long (about 45 mins. or so) and the new windshield looks fantastic!
