Absolutely top-notch service from sales to installation--Rich was ever-present throughout the process with answers to every question! I had Certified replace eleven first-floor apartment windows in suburban Park Ridge about 10 years after doing the 2nd floor apt windows with another company. They did a nice job getting the window and worked with me on my tight schedule. Not many cracked glass repair places around mostly installation.
I forgot the name of our technician, but he was very professional and friendly, and gave a great explanation of what he was doing and how long everything would take.
