I came home from vacation to find no hot water and a wet basement. Not sure when it happened but my hot water tank failed. Everything was wet. I called Certified Water Smoke and Fire and they came by 2:30 pm that afternoon and started hauling out wet items the next morning - placing 18 fans and 2 dehumidifiers. We were referred to Certified Water Smoke and Fire when our dishwasher had a leak in our kitchen. They arrived in record time and the work they did made it possible to save our hardwood floors from any repair from water. Their representative was so pleasant and professional and their equipment did exactly what he said it would do. We felt very fortunate to have discovered Certified Water Smoke and Fire. We hope to never have to call them again, but we know where to go if another disaster arises.
