Michael was very kind and considerate. He called several times to keep us apprised of his expected arrival time. Even though we were on a rather remote area on the interstate, he actually arrived ahead of time. Took great care of making sure our pets were secure in our truck since there was no room for them to ride with us in the tow truck. After taking us to the dealership, he waited until our ride arrived since the dealership was already closed. Can't thank him enough. These guys are true professionals. I had a busted mirror on my RV and they got me in the same day and out the door in an hour. They even spliced together an old wire that had corroded on the inside of the mirror for me.
