BEWARE - this company started charging a membership without asking of notifying its customers and if you miss the email and don't canctin time, you will be charged. Fraudulent and illegal behavior. Dispute all unauthorized charges with your credit cards people!
I think I was overcharged and wish I had compared other options before choosing this company. The work that was done was good and prompt, I have no complaints there, but I only have one small tree and the price for the time it took seemed high. I looked back over the bill and saw that I was charged for storm damage that needed addressing, but no damage was ever visible, and nothing was done to the tree other than clearing out low and middle branches (which was what I originally wanted anyway).
