Tanner Transmission decided to go out of business and not let customers know! I finally found my vehicle at a junk yard and recovered it back, they have caused so much damage and stripped it of parts. We will be going to court! Just wondering if anyone else this has happened to wants to make this a class action lawsuit? I spoke with the tow truck driver and he stated he has 2 BMW,s hidden just waiting his 90 days to file for a title!!! I hate dishonest shady people!
Here is my review Tanner Transmission in Draper as someone with 20 years in the automotive industry they are Absolutely Horrible . Communication is virtually non existent when you talk to them they say "we will give you call " It wont happen you have to call them . The 5yr 50k warranty that's an extra charge for 700 without that you get a 3month 3k warranty . This is the worst company I have ever see stay in business. If you pay their already outrageous $575 dial fee and choose not to do the work, they charge you another $575 that was not agreed soon to give you your vehicle back. On top of the the manager is extremely rude and screamed in my face when I told him this was robbery.
